Thrive Alliance Global was born from a simple realization: giving food or emergency help alone is like putting a bandage on a bleeding wound. Real change requires addressing the root cause. Founder Tolu Daniel saw firsthand that people experiencing homelessness needed more than temporary relief—they needed comprehensive support and systemic solutions. That’s why we do two things: meet immediate needs AND advocate for long-term change.
Our Story
We don’t just provide emergency relief—we address root causes. We serve as navigators, advocates, and bridges, connecting homeless and low-income families to housing, employment, healthcare, and education while providing wraparound case management and support. We combine immediate resources with systemic advocacy to create lasting change.
Our Approach
We serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness or living in poverty in Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
This includes:
• People experiencing homelessness (sheltered and unsheltered)
• Low-income families at risk of housing instability
• Individuals facing barriers to employment
• Families seeking educational opportunities
Our vision extends regionally and globally—piloting solutions in Maryland that can be replicated in communities worldwide.

Tolu founded Thrive Alliance Global in 2025 with a heart for helping those in need and the passion for addressing the systemic causes of homelessness and poverty, Tolu recognized that true impact requires both immediate support and long-term advocacy.
Under her leadership, Thrive Alliance Global is building partnerships across Maryland to create comprehensive solutions for our community’s most vulnerable populations.
