Essentials Needs

    When you’re facing homelessness or financial hardship, basic needs like food, clothing, and hygiene supplies can feel out of reach. Our Essential Needs Program provides immediate relief so you can focus on rebuilding stability.

Spiritual Support & Encouragement

  • Restoring hope through faith and community.

    We believe that true transformation includes spiritual renewal. We bring Bible study, encouragement, and fellowship directly to people experiencing homelessness in shelters and transitional housing. Through monthly gatherings, we create space for connection, hope, and spiritual growth.

Educational Aid & Scholarship Program

  • Opening doors to education and opportunity.

    Education is one of the most powerful tools for breaking the cycle of poverty. Our Educational Aid program provides financial support for low-income students pursuing college, vocational training, and trade schools.

    • College scholarships for qualifying students

    • Vocational and trade school funding.

    • Support for students overcoming barriers to education

    • Encouragement and mentorship throughout the educational journey

  • In 2025, we awarded one scholarship to deserving students pursuing their educational dreams.

    Coming Soon: School supplies distribution program for low-income families to ensure every child has what they need to succeed in school.

Resource Navigation & Case Management

    Navigating social services can be overwhelming. Our case managers provide one-on-one support to help you understand what resources are available, how to access them, and how to overcome barriers. We walk alongside you every step of the way.

    • Assess your needs and create a personalized action plan

    • Connect you to housing, employment, healthcare, and other services

    • Help you complete applications and navigate bureaucracy

    • Provide accountability, encouragement, and follow-up support

    • Advocate on your behalf when systems feel impossible to navigate

Housing Connections

  • Helping you find stable, affordable housing.

    Safe, stable housing is the foundation for everything else. We connect you to affordable housing resources, rental assistance programs, emergency shelter, and housing navigation services through our partnerships with local housing organizations.

    • Connect you to housing waitlists and voucher programs

    • Help you understand eligibility requirements

    • Assist with housing applications and documentation

    • Advocate for you with landlords and housing providers

    • Support you through the housing placement process

Employment Pathways

  • Building skills and connecting you to meaningful work.

    Employment provides income, dignity, and independence. We connect you to job training, career counseling, resume assistance, and employment opportunities through our workforce development partners.

    • Connect you to job readiness workshops and skills training

    • Provide career coaching and resume support

    • Help you access certifications and professional development

    • Address barriers to employment (transportation, childcare, clothing)

    • Connect you to job placement services and hiring events

Healthcare Connections

  • Access to mental health, substance abuse treatment, and medical care.

    Your health matters. We connect you to mental health services, substance abuse treatment, and primary care through our healthcare partners.

    • Connect you to mental health counseling and therapy

    • Provide referrals for substance abuse treatment and recovery support

    • Help you access medical care and prescriptions

    • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support

ADVOCACY & SYSTEMS CHANGE

We don’t just serve individuals — we work to change the systems that create homelessness and poverty in the first place.
